What Perfume Does NCT 127 Members Use?
TAEYONG
Jo Malone Blackberry & Bay – This cologne has a burst of deep, tart blackberry juice, blending with the freshness of just-gathered bay and brambly woods. Vibrant and verdant. This perfume is also used by S.Coups of Seventeen and Heeseung of Enhypen. Available in Rustans and you can buy a 2ml sample here. This is also available in Nordstrom for $80.
Le Labo Iris 39 – This is a strong musky violet scent. Sillage and longevity are there, but it’s a strong perfume. It’s a unisex scent but leans more to the masculine side. You can buy a 2ml vial of this in Shopee to try. A full bottle costs £230 at John Lewis. Here is also the list of Le Labo resellers in the Philippines.
Gucci Mémoire d’une Odeur – This snells like chamomile tea, very herbal with a white-floral, musky undertone. It’s a unisex scent but longevity is mediocre. You can buy a full bottle from Nordstrom for $109. In the Philippines, you can try Rustans and Les Senteurs. But if you don’t want to blind buy, you can purchase a decant in Shopee.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream – This smells fruity and flowery but fresh like you just came out of the shower. Longevity is mediocre though. You can buy a full bottle in Ulta for $137. It is also available in Zalora Philippines for Php6898. If you don’t want to blind buy, you can buy a decant in Shopee.
Mr. Burberry by Burberry – Have notes of grapefruit, nutmeg, lavender, amber wood, and sandalwood, amongst others, this perfume smells clean, green, herbal, spicy, fresh, and soapy like you just out of the shower. This was said to be crafted by Francis Kurkdjian, the same popular Maison Francis Kurkdjian. You can buy this perfume at Walmart for $70. In the Philippines, this is available in Rustans for Php7700.

Versace Eau Fraiche – Has a scent of wood, citrus, and lemon, a summer cologne for men. You can buy this in Ulta for $92. This is also available in the Philippines at Zalora for Php3471 and in Rustans for Php5500. You can also buy a decant in Shopee if you don’t want to blind buy.
Oolang Infini by Atelier Cologne – Another green, citrus, and woody scent but it also smells like Oolang tea. You can buy this in Nordstrom for $260. I couldn’t find any stores that sell this in the Philippines, but maybe you can try perfume shopper Les Senteurs.

Chanel No.5 – Yuta once shared he doesn’t like men’s perfumes and prefers women’s. But this one is an interesting choice because this is not something a young person (Millennial or Gen Z) will wear. No offense to our grandmothers and Chanel, but this smells exactly like someone’s grandmother would wear. It’s a floral and woody scent that we’re all familiar with. You can buy this in Ulta for $105. You can also buy a decant in Shopee if you’re curious.
Blue De Chanel – This citrus woody fragrance for men is popular among kpop idols, Joshua of Seventeen, Lee Know of Stray Kids, and Yeonjun of TxT wear this too. It is said to have a fresh, intense, vibrant, sensual & seductive scent. Top notes of the citrus accord, vetiver & pink pepper. Heart notes of grapefruit, dry cedar tones & labdanum. Base notes of frankincense, ginger & sandalwood. You can buy this in Zalora and a decant is available here. Also available in Nordstrom for $125.
Diptyque Tam Dao – This perfume is for both men and women and it’s a very woody scent. The sandalwood and cedar are quite heavy. That’s all I can say since it’s not my kind of scent. Jay of Enhypen and Ateez members San and Wooyoung use this perfume too. You can buy this full bottle in Trunc, Rustans, and a 2ml decant here. Also available in Nordstrom for $175.
Flower By Kenzo – Yuta has a thing for floral feminine scents. This one has notes of violet, rose, and powdery. Felix of Stray Kids is known to use this perfume too. You can buy 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml bottles in Rustans. Also available in Macy’s for $129.
Byredo Bal d’Afrique – This is one of my favorite perfumes. I’m thrilled to know my bias wrecker in NCT 127 uses this too. Another idol who is known to use this is DK of Seventeen. It is quite hard to explain how exactly this perfume smells, but I often get a compliment on how I smell good with this. It’s a good balance of floral, woodsy, and musk scents, not one overpowering the other notes. The Bal d’Afrique Eau de Parfum is said to be Byredo’s love letter to Africa.

Le Labo Lys 41 – Beautiful white floral scent with incredible longevity. The tuberose and jasmine notes are prominent. You can buy this in Nordstrom for $99 and in Cult Beauty for EUR259. Le Labo is not yet available in the Philippines but you can check perfume shopper Les Senteurs. You can also buy a decant in Shopee. Here is also the list of Le Labo resellers in the Philippines.
Le Labo Another 13 – This one smells like a magazine, very musky and woody with a hint of amber. It makes sense that it smells like a magazine because this was crafted in collaboration with AnOther Magazine. This is one of the brand’s most popular scents, next to Santal 33. You can buy this in Nordstrom starting at $99 and in Cult Beauty for EUR244. If you’re from the Philippines, you can buy a decent in Shopee if you want to try it first. Byredo Blanche – One of my favorite Byredo scents and it is also popular among Korean celebrities like J-Hope of BTS, Park Seojoon, Sunghoon of Enhypen, and Hyunjin of Stray Kids. It has a musky, soapy, powdery scent with a little hint of floral but smells very fresh. You can buy those two Byredo perfumes in the stores I listed here. This is also available in Nordstrom for $205 and in Cult Beauty for UKD188.
Chanel 1957 – I am not familiar with Chanel perfumes and this one, and I really can’t find this in stores. But according to Fragrantica, this is powdery, and musky with some floral notes. I couldn’t find other stores that sell this too besides Selfridges for UKD200 but it’s currently out of stock.

Tom Ford White Suede – As the name suggests, this perfume smells like powdery musky leather with a hint of floral. It’s honestly quite confusing for me at first sniff. This is available in Sephora for $185. In the Philippines, this is available in Tom Ford Beauty Lazada for Php9300, in Rustans for Php14750, and you can also buy a decant in Shopee to try.
Le Labo Neroli 36 – I remember trying this at the Le Labo store, it’s a straightforward scent. Smells like orange blossoms, sweet yet sharp. Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt – Another popular scent among kpop idols and I get it. This is my personal favorite from Jo Malone too. It has a fresh sea salt scent with notes of woody sage that create a well-rounded fragrance that can be enjoyed by everyone. Mingi of Ateez and Yeonjun of TxT are known to use this too. The sillage and longevity are average though. You can buy a full bottle in Rustans and a decant in Shopee. Also available in Nordstrom for $65.
Jo Malone Myrrh & Tonka Cologne Intense – It is exactly what it is, myrrh and tonka beans with some lavender. It smells like amber, balsamic, and warm spicy. Available in Nordstrom for $160. You can also buy a decant in Shopee.
Tom Ford F*cking Fabulous – This is one of those perfumes I like to describe as an “acquired taste”. It smells like leather with lavander and sage. This is available in Sephora for $250. In the Philippines, this is curently sold out in the official Tom Ford Lazada page, but you can buy a decant to test in Shopee.
Byredo Bal D’Afrique – This is one of my favorite perfumes and I often get a compliment on how I smell good with this. It’s a good balance of floral, woodsy, and musk scents, not one overpowering the other notes. Acqua Di Parma Blu Mediterraneo – Winwin couldn’t remember the one he used exactly, but some fans said it could be “Ginepro di Sardegna” based on his description. This is a classically fresh, crisp, masculine fragrance. It’s aromatic and citrusy. This is available in Nordstrom for $93. There’s no Aqua Di Parma store in the Philippines, but you can check perfume shopper Les Senteurs.

Chloe Roses De Chloe – Lovely rose and lychee scent perfume. This is available in Sephora for $139 and in the Philippines, you can buy this in Rustans for Php5998. You can also buy a decant in Shopee.
Diptyque Fleur de Peau Eau – This one is my favorite Diptyque perfume and often sold out. Wooyoung of Ateez is also known to use this perfume. This is a tribute to the mythical love between Psyche and Eros. It is very musky and powdery with a hint of iris and rose with a little bit of wood and pink pepper. It lasts all day with me. In my opinion, among all the Diptyque perfumes, this one is the safest blind buy. You can buy this in Trunc for Php10,000. Also available in Net-a-Porter for $220. If you want to try this and not commit to a full bottle yet, you can buy a decant in Shopee and Official Vial.
Byredo Unnamed – This perfume has no name, literally. The label is just the brand and Eau de parfum. It’s powdery, pink pepper, and woody with a lovely violet dry down. Unfortunately, this is a limited edition perfume and is no longer available anywhere. I hope they release it again.

Last time Mark was asked which perfume he uses, he told fans he doesn’t use one at all. Allegedly, a fan who met him once revealed that he smells like baby lotion and fabric softener.

Cartier L’Heure Diaphane VIII – The scent notes are rose, lychee, and peony but it smells like must and metallic. You can buy this in Harrods for $280.
Le Labo Gaiac 10 – This perfume is only available to purchase in Tokyo, Japan. But a lot of people say that it smells good. Minghao of Seventeen is known to use this too. It’s a woody fragrance for men and women. I honestly don’t know where you can buy this locally, but it doesn’t hurt to inquire from Les Senteurs PH. But you can buy a decant here to know.
Clean Cool Cotton EDT – A beautiful warm linen scent. It practically smells like fresh laundry. This is available in Walmart for $27. In the Philippines, this is available in Rustans for Php3900 but the packaging is different.
