But first, let me tell you how I save money when I shop online. I use Shopback which you can download on your phone and browser. You’ll not only get cash rebates, but you’ll also get voucher codes in almost every shop in the Philippines like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and also some stores abroad Sephora, iHerb, and even Klook! You’ll surely save some money.

Where to buy Charlotte Tilbury in Manila?

These are the shops that are based locally (or available in local shopping apps) and have been mentioned on this site many times, including the masterlist of legit beauty stores.

Sasa – Philippines have Watsons, while Hong Kong have Sasa and they have an online website that ships to the Philippines. They are also available in Shopee and Lazada. Besides Charlotte Tilbury, other popular beauty brands from West to Asia are available in this shop.

Zalora – When it comes to high-end brands, this e-commerce site is one of my go-to sites since 2012. They have Charlotte Tilbury, Dior Beauty, and more. They used to be Lazada’s sister company until the Ayala Group bought them in 2017.

Trunc – Charlotte Tilbury is officially available in Manila through PowderRoom by Trunc. This is also one of my 4 go-to local online stores for high-end brands which is owned by SSI Group, the company that is responsible for bringing luxury brands to Manila.

The Glow Philippines – This sjop was recommended by a friend when I was looking for Octobuddy, that viral phone accessories. But upon checking their Shopee page, I saw that they also sell cult-fave beauty brands that are hard to find in the Philippines like Charlotte Tilbury, One/Size, and more. They are also available in Lazada.

Pasabuy London – I learned about this shop during the Pandemic Lockdown when I was looking for CereVe products. They have vast array of Western beauty brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Chanel, La Roche-Posay, and more.

Happy Factory PH – Discovered this shop when I was looking for the viral Revlon hair brush. Just like the shop mentioned above, they also have a vast-array of Western beauty brands. Besides Charlotte Tilbury, they also have Milk Makeup, Urban Decay, Rare Beauty, Rose Inc, Kevyn Aucion, and more.

Skincarebud MNL – This is a new reseller in Shopee that I discovered. They have Western and Asian beauty brands and they also have a physical shop where prices are cheaper than online. Just message them for the location.

Dayuhan – This is my go-to Shopee reseller for Western brand beauty products, but they recently moved to Carousell. But they’re still fast on getting the latest trendy products from brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Glossier, Rare Beauty, Kosas, Rhode, Versed, and more.

MUP Store – This shop has better stocks than Sephora Philippines, there I said it! But they’re priciers because they are resellers. I learned about this shop through a friend back in 2016 who owns a photography studio and does makeup services. What I like about this shop is that they sell hard-to-find beauty products, especially those that are sold abroad like Pat McGrath, Jour Lip Cream, and more. I think they’re also open for transactions in their Instagram.

The Makeup Store MNL – This is where I bought my Ole Henriksen eye cream, but they have a vast array of brands from Charlotte Tilbury, It Cosmetics, Drunk Elephant, Tarte Cosmetics, and more. They are also open for transactions in their Instagram account.

Online Stores Outside of the Philippines

CULT BEAUTY – Besides Charlotte Tilbury, this shop also has The Ordinary, Milk Makeup, Urban Decay, La Roche-Posay, and many more beauty brands that aren’t easily accessible to the Philippines. This is based in the United Kingdom so the prices are in British pounds and have the UK tax added to it. But if your shipping address is outside of the UK, the taxes added to the prices will be removed. Plus, they offer free shipping to the Philippines and 15% off your first order. Though it will go through the postal office so expect slow delivery, postal fees, and taxes. But if you opt for priority shipping, it will be shipped through DHL (but some say they recently switched to FedEx) which is faster, and no customs tax on orders below Php10,000. This is where I got some of my hard-to-find makeup.

REVOLVE – This retail company is based in the US but ships directly to the Philippines. They even offer free shipping with a spending limit. They sell clothes, bags, shoes, and beauty products such as Charlotte Tilbury, Goop, Dyson, Phlur, and more.

BEAUTYLISH – This one is based in the US and also offers free shipping to the Philippines for orders $100 and above. I haven’t tried shopping here yet, but I told my friend about this. She tried it, and her transaction was “smooth” as she described it. Besides Charlotte Tilbury, they also have Hourglass, Jill Stuart, Kevyn Aucion, Indie Lee, and more.

So far these are the reputable online stores I know where to buy Charlotte Tilbury in the Philippines. If I fund more, I’ll add it here.
