Papa Recipe Bombee Ginseng Red Honey Oil Mask Pack Review

A lot of people loves the Papa Recipe sheet masks. If you haven’t tried them yet, then you might get a little overwhelmed because they have a lot of variants like the Black Honey Mask which suits those with oily and acne-prone skin, and the Rose Gold Honey Mask which is a little pricey than the rest but really brightens and hydrates the skin instantly. And they still continue to make more like the new Green Honey Mask that I am eyeing right now. I heard it contains avocado. But right now, I will be talking about this Papa Recipe Bombee Ginseng Red Honey Oil Mask Pack review.

VERDICT
MY THOUGHTS
Papa Recipe Bombee Red Ginseng Honey Oil Mask Pack is REALLY moisturizing. But as someone with oily skin, I find it too much. It feels very greasy and tacky. Because of that, I didn't enjoy this much as I did with the other Papa Recipe masks.
PROS
Moisturizing
Brightens the skin.
It suits those with dry skin.
CONS
Not for oily skin.

PRODUCT RATING

WHAT IS IT?

Papa Recipe Bombee Red Ginseng Honey Oil Mask Pack claims to richly moisturizes and nourishes the skin with the mulberry paper sheet soaked with oil essence containing honey and red ginseng extracts, which help keep your skin moist and resilient. You can read more about its full ingredient analysis in Skin Carisma.

PERFORMANCE

APPLICATION: After washing the face, dry your face and place the mask over the face. Remove the mask after 20-30 minutes and gently tap with fingertips to absorb the residue.

SCENT: It has the same honey scent of all the Papa Recipe sheet masks, but with a hint of some herb which I’m sure is the ginseng.

FORMULA & TEXTURE: The formula on this one feels thicker than the Black Honey Mask and the Rose Gold Honey Mask, but it kinda resembles the OG Bombee Honey Mask but a bit oilier.

MY THOUGHTS

This one comes with a semi-transparent sheet mask like the original Bombee Honey Mask Pack. I don’t have an image since I only bought one of these, and forgot to take a selfie. But you can see its look in Maskepedia’s review.

As expected from oil, it is REALLY moisturizing. But as someone with oily skin, I find it too much. It feels very greasy and surprisingly, just a little bit tacky. Because of that, I didn’t enjoy this much as I did with the first two Papa Recipe masks I tried. But it did brighten my face, I look so well-rested after 20 minutes. I highly recommend this to those with dry skin, I’m sure you’ll enjoy the moisturizing and brightening effect of this mask.
