One such person who has helped many transform their lives through yoga is the American social media influencer, television personality, entrepreneur, and certified yoga instructor, Kristy Austin.

Austin was born in Tarzana, California on 13th August 1980 and was raised along with her three brothers and older sister Nicole Austin, who is more commonly referred to as Coco Austin. Her early interest in yoga stemmed from imitating and watching her mother’s practice of yoga in the living room. However, she didn’t fully comprehend the vast spiritual and physical advantages of yoga initially and only realized it when she had to deal with personal challenges. 

Austin is a registered Yoga Alliance-certified instructor, who has expanded her knowledge to a variety of yoga modalities, such as, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Acro Yoga, and Fit Yoga. She is also a Reiki Master and Sound Healer. Through her yoga training, Austin has helped many with removing their mental roadblocks and has significantly contributed to the overall improvement of spiritual and physical health.

Recently, Austin collaborated with @MelodicYogi Art Gallery to create inspirational yoga artwork that features a variety of yoga poses. The “Goddess Pose” is one of her well-known yoga poses.

In addition to her successful yoga career, Austin has made TV appearances on Family Feud, Ice Loves Coco, Celebrity Game Face with Kevin Hart, and E! True Hollywood Story. Kristy believes that a consistent yoga practice helps align our mind, body, and spirit, creating an overall healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
