About Dr. Foulk
He is the founder of Marion Ob/Gyn Inc., with over three decades of providing innovative and integrated care for women. His practice aims at providing the most exceptional care through gentle and compassionate care.
Dr. Foulk grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio, and began his medical career at the Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware. He graduated with a BA in Pre-Med, Chemistry, and Zoology. He later joined Phi Lambda Upsilon, The National Chemistry Honor Society, where he served on the zoology board.
He pursued his MD at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Foulk was among the six medical students selected for the highly sought-after Sports Medicine Rotation, where he served as a team physician for the OSU Football and the entire sports department.
While at the Ohio University, Dr. Foulk discovered his passion for OB/GYN specialty. He then completed his internship and residency at Mt. Carmel Hospital in Columbus as a Chief Resident.
After his residency, he relocated to Marion with his family and became a part of the community.
Dr. Foulk is a board-certified member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. He also serves as a member of various organizations, including the American Medical Association, the American Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the Ohio State Medical Association, the Marion Academy Physicians, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. The highly experienced gynecologist also served for over 20 years as the Chief for the OB/GYN Department at Marion General Hospital.
