The Ultimate BTS Pilgrimage in Seoul & Busan Every ARMY Needs in 2026

It’s happening, ARMY, all BTS members are finally returning from their military enlistment this June 2025, just in time for FESTA! Are you planning your ultimate BTS pilgrimage in South Korea? Whether you’re a longtime ARMY or a new fan, this guide is your ultimate map to BTS spots in Seoul and Busan, packed with iconic locations, from their trainee days to their recent adventures. We’re using Naver Maps, not Google Maps, because the latter simply doesn’t work well in South Korea due to government restrictions tied to North-South security concerns. Let’s go!

NOTE: Naver Maps is available in the English language on the app only.

Must-Visit BTS Spots in Seoul

Back in 2022, I went to the HYBE Building. There was still “Insight” in the name. There used to be an exhibit, merch store, and cafe inside that fans could visit but they closed it down last 2023.

Your journey starts where it all comes full circle: the current HYBE Building. Once you get over how massive it is, you can proceed with your own BTS Telepathy Episode Tour in Gangnam. Hybe Building Naver Map Link

In 2022, BTS played a game of telepathy (Part 1 and Part 2) and ended up revisiting some of their most nostalgic trainee spots. Good news for us? They’re all within walking distance of each other!

  • Jamwon Hangang Park – That exact spot where they reunited after driving around in mystery vans. Naver Map
  • Yoojung Sikdang – The humble restaurant that fed them as trainees. Jin’s “Eat well!” energy lives here. Naver Map
  • BTS Nonhyeon-dong 1st Dorm – A small place where they started dreaming big. Naver Map
  • Old Big Hit Entertainment Building – This is where it all began. Don’t forget to bring a marker, make sure it’s a jumbo one. ARMY’s had been visiting this place and leaving a message for the boys. Naver Map
  • Geumhong Restaurant – Where TaeJin had that legendary Chinese food meal in the Telepathy ep. Naver Map
  • BTS Blue Dorm (2nd Dorm) – A step up from their first one, but still humble beginnings. Naver Map
  • Hakdong Park – The park they often visited to blow off steam. This is where you could see the famous swing. RM and Jimin on the swing | Suga for Elle Korea | Naver Map

Not in the episode. But it’s near the BTS Blue Dorm and Handing Park:

  • Hyuga Cafe – BTS’ 3rd dorm was above this café. Bonus: They sell “Bangtan Salt Bread.” Yes, it’s black. Yes, you need it. Naver Map

  • Hash Wood – Where SUGA made his own chopping board in that quiet, healing vlog. Naver Map

BTS Bus Stop (Gangneung)

The iconic You Never Walk Alone bus stop is real—and dreamy. Naver Map

  • Take the KTX from Seoul to Gangneung (book early!). Then a 30-min taxi ride.
  • Or ride a bus from Seoul Express Bus Terminal (4 hours) + 30-min taxi.

NOTE: Besides the BTS Bus Stop, the Jumunjin Beach in Gangneung is a popular filming location for the K-drama “Goblin”. It’s where the iconic scene of Eun-Tak summoning Goblin is set. Fans can visit this beach and see the filming location where Eun-Tak first met Goblin by the sea.

BTS Spots in Busan

  • Busan Citizen ParkV tweeted from here. The vibes? Peaceful. Naver Map
  • ZM-ILLENNIAL – Formerly known as Magnate Cafe, Jimin’s dad’s café. Elegant interior, top-tier desserts. Naver Map
  • Gamcheon Culture Village – Find the Jimin and Jungkook mural! From the main gate, walk 5 mins straight, look to your left. There’s also a BTS-themed shop with photos printed on wood. Naver Map

Local Tips & Community Picks – Beyond official BTS spots, many travelers check local community platforms like Budal to discover nearby cafés, rest spots, and lesser-known places locals actually recommend around Busan. It’s a useful way to plan short breaks between sightseeing stops without relying only on tourist guides.
