Conclusion

Flynas has been rated as a three-star low-cost airline for the quality of its airport, onboard goods, and customer service.  The product and service ratings are based on the quality of the seats, facilities, food and drinks, in-flight entertainment, and hygiene.

Product and service quality at Flynas continues to improve, with standards getting closer to 4-Star status. Full-service Business Class has a big reclined seat, free food, and lounge access. Pre-order and onboard food and beverage options are excellent. The multi-national cabin staff provides quick service, and IFE streaming functions well; however, this lacks friendliness often.
