How I Treated My Post-Maskne Marks: Good Molecules Niacinamide Serum Review

Last week I wrote a review about another Good Molecules product that helped prevent my maskne. Today I will do the Good Molecules Niacinamide Serum review the one I used to treat the post-acne marks (dark spots) that I like to call post-maskne. Again, this is not a sponsored post. I bought the Good Molecules products with my own money.

If you haven’t read my previous post and you’re not yet familiar with Good Molecules, it is a brand founded by a team of beauty industry veterans. They created skincare solutions with best-in-class ingredients, backed by research and formulated for effectiveness. They never tested on animals as well. The idea behind Good Molecules is simple: skincare that works at a fair price.

MY EXPERIENCE

Honestly, I didn’t really buy this niacinamide serum. This full-sized bottle was a freebie when I bought the BHA Clarifying Gel Cream during their brand launching in Lazada Philippines.

But last October, I ran out of Skin 001 Madagascar Centella Ampoule (review of this ampoule will be posted soon) so I finally decided to use it. After 2 weeks, I experience no purging or anything negative with it so I kept using it.

Until around the last week of November, while I was preparing for my friend’s wedding in December because I’m a bridesmaid, I noticed that my post-acne marks that have been on my face since 2020 have lessened! Additionally, my skin also looks dewy and glowy, very healthy. FYI, I didn’t get a facial because of COVID restrictions in my country. And as of writing this review, I’m on my second bottle now.

I swear, the Good Molecules Niacinamide Serum and BHA Clarifying Gel Cream really saved my skin from another traumatizing breakout.
