If you’re truly a skincare enthusiast, then surely, you’ve heard of Dr. Wu before. I’ve been seeing them for years but I really got interested in them only after I watched a documentary about Dr. Wu on YouTube (sorry I couldn’t find the link anymore) a couple of years ago. So before I tell you the list where to buy Dr. Wu products in the Philippines, let me tell you a short story about the brand.

Who is Dr. Wu?

Before “Dr. Wu” became the leading medical skincare brand in Taiwan, Dr. Ying-Chin Wu is a famous dermatologist not only in Taiwan but throughout Asia known as the “Godfather of Cosmetic Medicine.” His eldest son, Eric Wu, was the one who convinced him to start his own brand. Dr. Wu was hesitant at first but after much convincing by his son, the brand was founded in 2003.

With 40 years of vast clinical experiences and extensive research on skin tissue structure, and a formula based on doctor’s prescription, Dr. Wu has created a technologically-advanced skincare line of high potency products for the sensitive skin. Even pioneering the hyaluronic acid serum.

Before Dr. Wu is only accessible to Filipinos who can travel to Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, but today you can now purchase it without traveling abroad!

DR. WU OFFICIAL WEBSITE – You can directly buy all their products on their official website which is something I prefer because you’re sure that the products are legit. They will be shipped straight from Taiwan and the shipping fee to the Philippines will cost around $15. Unfortunately, I’m not sure yet if this is a door-to-door delivery or I have to pick it up to the post office because I haven’t tried it yet due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. All their shipping operations to the Philippines has been temporarily suspended.

LAZADA – This is not really surprising considering many brands are now selling directly to Lazada. I just discovered their store with the “LazGlobal” label last July 2nd. I immediately placed an order to check if they’re really legit. My order was shipped the next day from Tawain (shipping only cost Php40) and I received it here in the Philippines on July 13th. And yes, I can say it is legit! The box has Dr. Wu labels, and the product itself got the latest packaging and identifiers that it is original. (I will blog about it here soon.) The only downside on their Lazada store is the products sold are limited compared to their official website. But at least many of their best-sellers are in there.

So far, these are the only stores I know where you can buy legit Dr. Wu products in the Philippines since they’re no longer available in Yes Style. If I found more, I will update this list.
