You may have heard of them from Reddit or from an influencer reviewing their cult-fave Watermelon Sleeping Mask, but I’ve learned about Glow Recipe around 2016, in an episode of Shark Tank where they successfully got funding from Robert Herjavec. Actually, they even shared their Shark Tank experience in their site’s blog. Fast forward to 2020, Glow Recipe is no longer a retailer website of curated K-beauty products, they now solely sell their namesake brand that contains innovative ingredients and comes in cute packaging. No wonder it has a cult following comparable to Glossier. And lucky for you, I know where to buy Glow Recipe in the Philippines. Check the list below:
1. GLOW RECIPE – Yes, you can buy directly to Glow Recipe’s website. They ship to the Philippines straight to your doorstep via DHL International, You don’t have to line up to pick it up to post office, and if your orders are lower than Php10,000 you don’t have to pay for customs fee as well. Shipping costs $23 though, they don’t offer free international shipping yet.
2. CULT BEAUTY – This UK-based store is my favorite because they sold every hard to find brands I want like Charlotte Tilbury, Kosas, Paula’s Choice, Summer Fridays, Milk Makeup, and other more cult-fave beauty brands. Plus, they offer free shipping to the Philippines on orders above £40, but priority shipping via DHL costs £30. But if it is your first order, you’ll get free shipping regardless of the amount of your order. And don’t be intimidated by the prices, because they listed it all with an added UK Tax, but if you live outside of the United Kingdom or Europe, the added tax will be deducted before you checkout.

3. GET UNREADY WITH ME – This shop is run by @yourporeguy, a member of the Asian Beauty Community Philippines, and someone whose reviews I follow and trust. Besides Glow Recipe, they also have The Ordinary, Krave Beauty, Paula’s Choice, Klairs, CosRx, Nature Republic, iUnik, Nacific, Some By Mi, and more.
4. CULT BEAUTY PH – If I have no patience or needed a product ASAP, I go to this trusted Shopee seller. They do not only sell a handful of The Ordinary products, but they also sell other cult-fave Western brands like Glow Recipe, Glossier, ColourPop, Milk Makeup, and more. Actually, this is where I bought my very first Glossier Cloud Paint, Tarte Tape Shape Concealer, and Milk Makeup Matcha Toner.
5. THE MAKEUP STORE MNL – This reseller is based in Paranaque only so shipping is fast if you’re based in NCR or Greater Manila Area. This is where I bought my Ole Henriksen but they also have Glow Recipe, Summer Fridays, Sunday Riley, Drunk Elephant, Milk Makeup, Glossier, Tatcha, and more.
6. THE GLOBE TROTTERS PH – This Instagram reseller is one of the very few IG sellers that I trust. I bought many products from them like restock of my Krave Beauty Matcha Hemp Cleanser, 3CE Take A Layer Multipot and more. They sell a lot of k-beauty products from Manyo (the brand of products that Captain Ri bought for Se-Ri in CLOY) and most recently, Glow Recipe.
