WHAT IS IT?
By Wishtrend Polyphenols in Propolis 15% Ampoule addresses multiple skin concerns at once — hydrating, protecting, and firming the skin. It claims you will experience the plumping nourishment and moisture directly into your skin — in all one simple step. It is for people who have acne-prone skin and needs a moisturizing, soothing and hydrating product.
KEY INGREDIENTS
The Propolis Extract obtained from the Auvergene volcanic region in France contains two Polyphenols, Catechin, and Quercetin. They are good antioxidants, as well as effective ingredients for the nourishment of the skin. In addition, Houttuynia Cordata Extract and Zinc PCA help soothe the skin and has antibacterial properties. PERFORMANCE
APPLICATION: After cleansing, prep your skin with toner and apply an appropriate amount evenly to the face.
SCENT: It has a slight herb almost woodsy scent.
PACKAGING: It is packaged in a 30 ml glass bottle with a cap that doubles as a pipette. It also comes in a shiny honey-colored box.
TEXTURE & FORMULA: Ampoule is just a more concentrated serum so its consistency is just like any ordinary serums. Not too thick, but not too light. However, this one feels light, and non-greasy on the skin. Just a little tacky while it sets but it absorbs quite quickly for a moisturizing and hydrating ampoule.
MY EXPERIENCE
When I first heard that By Wishtrend launched a propolis ampoule, I wasn’t interested in getting it because I felt it will be just like the LGH Vita Propolis Ampoule. They have the same color and main ingredient that is part of their names. But unlike with the LGH, the By Wishtrend Polyphenols in Propolis 15% Ampoule is like love at first sight.
LGH instantly brightened my skin and made my skin feels soft, but that was it. I mostly used it as a primer. Plus, it is way smaller but they almost have the same price.
On the other hand, the By Wishtrend did not only made my skin instantly brighter, but it also made it look smoother in just a week. And in just a month of using, my skin is almost glass skin levels. It lessened my dark spots and help prevent my acne as well. It also made me confident not to use makeup when I go out. Most of the time I just use the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30.
Take note, I was lazy and mostly felt tired almost all the time around that month so after cleansing, I skip toner and solely used this ampoule day and night. So if I am ever going to travel, I am only bringing this with me to save space. Plus, it only contains 30 ml so TSA will not confiscate it.
