At 18 years old, she’s a marketing genius with a cosmetic company kosmetic empire on the rise. Her most sought-after Lip Kit by Kylie sold out in a record of 30 seconds within restocking. Unfortunately for us Filipinas, it’s quite difficult to buy a Kylie Jenner Lip Kit in the Philippines through her site. For starters, we have terrible internet. Before we could even check out, everything is sold out. And second, Kylie Cosmetics doesn’t ship directly to the Philippines. Luckily, I know online retailers where you can buy authentic Kylie Lip Kit in the Philippines. And yes, they accept cash. And no, they don’t sell it at insane prices.

The owner will update you on every progress of your order and you don’t have to pay until the Lip Kits arrive in the Philippines. No down payment and accepts deposits through BDO only.
3. ShopHK: I am familiar with this retailer for years. She was recommended by celebrity/blogger Divine Lee. They sell authentic designer shoes, cosmetics and now she also sells Kylie Jenner’s Lip Kits. Price is also reasonable and cheaper than you see on eBay although there’s also a waiting list, at least in here, you have two payment options: BDO deposit and Paypal. In Paypal you can use your credit card.
4. KCPHXOXO: Formerly known as Kylie Cosmetics PH. This is where I bought my “So Cute Gloss” one of the new products from Kylie Cosmetics. Payment is through BDO deposit only, but they offer the lowest prices among all the retailers, even in this list. They also sell other Kylie Nail Polish and Colourpop products.
The downside of buying from these retailers is they are a little expensive from the actual price of Kylie’s Lip Kit because there’s shipping fee from the US to the Philippines, tax in the US, and the customs tax in the Philippines. And some have a long waiting list too. But I guarantee you that they are NOT selling fake Lip Kits. These retailers above really get their products from Kylie Cosmetics online shop, sometimes they aren’t lucky as well and weren’t able to buy anything just like the rest of us. So your safe buying from these online retailers.
