I don’t know other people but ever since I was a little kid, I always notice that fashion doesn’t take itself too seriously often times, there’s always a sense of humor lurking and that what makes it amazing. Best example from history: Madonna’s iconic Jean-Paul Gaultier cone bras. And fashion’s humor was evident again by the sheer number of quirky, kitschy, downright silly bags street style stars carried while taking in the Fall 2015 shows in New York, London, Milan, and Paris. And I think we do not need to consult an expert to declare that this is the season’s hottest street style trend 2015.
This recent fashion month, fashion girls (and boys) switched their classic “it bags” by Chanel, Celine, Hermes and YSL, for a more humorous carryalls like Jeremy Scott for Moschino‘s moto jacket-shaped crossbodies and teddy bear bags, Les Petits Jouers‘ Lego-style clutches, and Fendi‘s fur buggies. While some opted for something that cost less but fall right in line with high-fashion’s obsession with all things kitsch like the ASOS‘ milk-carton bags, Shop Jeen‘s very affordable Diet Coke purse.
